Constantly monitors the entire process ensuring all details including legal are addressed and are correct. If not notifies and suggest corrections to ensure process proceeds smoothly. Work as a team backing each other's work. Keep client fully informed. Any questions they are quick to respond. Tom also has decades of experience with home renovations and repairs which allows him to provide knowledge of any physical issues he sees with a property that may need to be addressed to ensure buyers are confident of what they are investing in."
